airline sees its work as a staging of an "Aesthetic of the Flying". Dealing with different aspects of mobility and movement, their work presents different ways and means of travel. In the past years the group of 10 artists has produced texts, interventions, performances and exhibitions. airline has woven in wool and other natural material baskets hanging from the ceiling of the Kunsthalle St. Gallen. The visitor is invited to sit in the baskets and float in an interstitial space, between ground and ceiling.
